Claude Architect

About the role

You own the architecture and the technical side of the client relationship. You sit with client leaders to learn how the work gets done today, design the agent system that does it, and lead the team that builds it.

We put a working prototype in front of the client within weeks, harden it for production, and measure it against the numbers the client cares about.

What you’ll do

• Run discovery with client executives and turn a business process into an agent architecture
• Design multi-agent systems on Claude: orchestration, tools, retrieval, guardrails and the points where work escalates to a person
• Integrate with client systems on Azure and Microsoft 365, inside their security and data controls
• Lead a delivery team of engineers from prototype through production
• Define how success is measured and report results to client leadership
• Turn what works on one engagement into reusable architectures and agent skills for the next

What you bring

• 5+ years architecting enterprise software, data or cloud systems
• Hands-on Claude experience: the Claude API, tool use, the Claude Agent SDK, MCP and sub-agents
• Experience setting up evaluation, observability and guardrails for LLM systems in production
• A strong Azure architecture background, including Azure AI Foundry and AI Search
• Comfort leading conversations with both executives and engineers

Nice to have

• Claude Certified Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Consulting or professional services delivery experience
• Experience running workshops with mixed business and technical groups
• Work in regulated industries such as financial services or private equity

Where you’ll work

Full-time and hybrid, based near Dallas or in Palm Beach County. This role is client-facing, with travel to client sites up to 30% of the time. We don’t hire fully remote.
