Senior AI Engineer

About the role

You build the software behind our engagements, from agentic workflows to integrations and the applications around them, and you do it alongside client engineers.

Part of the job is showing client teams how AI-native development works in practice, so they keep working that way after we leave.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship production features, integrations and agentic workflows on client engagements
• Use AI coding agents across the lifecycle: design, code, tests, review and documentation
• Work side by side with client engineers and help their team build the same way
• Integrate with client systems on Azure and Microsoft 365
• Take prototypes to production with the testing, security and observability enterprises expect
• Turn what works on one engagement into reusable code, MCP servers and agent skills for the next

What you bring

• 5+ years of software engineering, shipping production systems
• Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, with work you can show us
• Experience building on the Claude API: tool use, retrieval, agents and evaluation
• Strength in at least one of TypeScript, Python or C#/.NET
• Experience building on Azure
• Comfort working directly with clients

Nice to have

• Claude Certified Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Consulting or professional services delivery experience
• Experience running workshops with mixed business and technical groups
• Work in regulated industries such as financial services or private equity

Where you’ll work

Full-time and hybrid, based near Dallas or in Palm Beach County. This role is client-facing, with travel to client sites up to 30% of the time. We don’t hire fully remote.
