    Hands on keyboards, in pairs. A full day-two build where everyone turns their task into a working skill, with us alongside.

  4. Day 2 · Wrap-Up

    Demo

    Test it on real input, then demo it live to the room. No slides, the skill is the demo.

After the two days

After our time together in person, we facilitate office hours to help your team bond as a cohort and spread what they've built through the organization. At the end of six weeks, your high performers have superpowers — and you have a catalog of solutions to common problems in your business, crowd-sourced from your people, that you can use to start phases three and four of the AI transformation model.
