A representative shape, start to finish. We keep the learning tight and spend the time on keyboards. We build the first skill with you, then you build the next. Before anyone leaves, the skill exists and runs, tailored to your team's real work, not off-the-shelf demos.
Day 1 · Morning
Learn how AI creates value in real work: the tools, techniques, and workflows worth packaging. Go beyond everyday assistants and see how reusable AI skills and agents can turn existing work into repeatable capabilities.
Day 1 · Afternoon
Build the first skill with us, hands-on and side by side. Start from your team's real work, connect it to the right data, and learn the method by building something useful together.
Day 2 · Morning
Now you run it. Build an agentic skill around your own work, with instructor support. Make the decisions, test the workflow, and learn how to build by doing.
Day 2 · Wrap-Up
Connect what you built to your team's data, test it on real work, and show it working live. No slides or polished demos. Just working agentic skills your team can use.
